Woman (33) is a one-woman clown/character comedy show starring Woman (33), who has a bag of tote bags, a uterus in retrograde and an inkling that her life is one size too small. From crying in front of Costa and the menace of cutting her own fringe to looking for solace in IKEA, this is the story of finding joy.
The show takes place in her first-ever therapy session, as she attempts to piece herself back together after that Costa incident. She realises recovery will take more than a bubble bath or a trip to IKEA, and begins confronting the parts of herself she’d rather ignore: the environmentally (self)conscious consumer, the concerningly mature inner child, and the power hungry “boss-bitch” persona she hides behind.
The woman behind the Woman is Lilla Multipass (“Chaos element” ★★★★★, Morning Star) – a London-based Hungarian clown with a knack for psychology – blending two of her passions in her debut solo show.
Come, get on this joke-packed emotional rollercoaster and let your inner child out to play: it’s cheaper than therapy!
