Ben Pope: Work in Progress

Ben Pope ('bags of charisma' **** - Fest) is back to square one. He is tired of his old jokes and he is scared of his new ones. This show will be roughly 60mins of the latter.

Come and join him as he stress-tests new stuff: a routine about teeth, some thoughts about Catholicism, plums and escape rooms. Maybe he'll even read some bits of a book he's writing. It's definitely going to be a show for fans of collage, stylistically speaking. A real ransom note of a show.

Come see!

The UK's print media can't be wrong:

'Pope is superb company' **** - Evening Standard

'Beautifully constructed' **** - The Scotsman

'Could an audience with the actual Pope offer as much?' **** - The Telegraph
