★★★★★ “Improv doesn't get better than this” - The Wee Review

★★★★ “The whole cast was outstanding” – Broadway Baby

Starring an ever-changing cast of some of the country's finest comedians, Criminal is an anarchic improvised murder mystery show like no other.

One comedian assumes the role of detective; three comedians play suspects. The suspects are each given a playing card, telling them which of them is the murderer. Weaving in details suggested by the audience – the location of the body, the victim's occupation, what was found at the scene of the crime – the detective must find the killer and bring justice raining down on them.

Since Criminal's conception in 2015, a host of high-profile comics have performed at the gig, including Deborah Frances-White, Rachel Parris, Marcus Brigstocke, Josie Lawrence, John Finnemore, Colin Hoult, and Miles Jupp.

★★★★ “I was frequently in hysterics” – The 730

★★★★ “Superbly funny, smart and skilful” – The Phoenix Remix
