Vix Leyton: More Fiction than Girl

Vix takes you through a whirlwind forty-five minutes examines the multiple roles you end up playing over the course of your life, and what happens when you break out of them.

The show covers Vix's accidental arrival into comedy via a tweet that got her on stage with her favourite comedian learning stand-up to get over a phobia of public speaking and how it escalated from there. Everyone has that friend of a friend that tweeted something that altered the entire course of their lives, if you don't, Vix is now yours.

The show is part of a cautionary tale on keeping hold of yourself and not believing your own hype, whilst also aiming to inspire anyone who might want to give it a go. It all really could happen to you; and there is power in saying yes to things that scare you.

Ticket types this year are Paid, Pay What You Can and Free - this is how it works: Paid: The show is fully ticketed and you pay in advance or on the door; Pay What You Can: You can choose to buy a ticket in advanced to guarantee entry and what to pay over a minimum amount OR turn up at the venue to get in for free in any space that is left; Free: The show is free entry and can be ticketed or unticketed. Watch the show, and the performer will ask for donations at the end for those that would like to contribute.
